Do you want to join one of the leading projects in plastics? Would you like to network with some of the main agents in this sector? The MANDALA project wants to incorporate experts to its Stakeholder Board coming from the entire value chain.
Multilayer plastics are widely used due to their excellent barrier properties, strength and storage stability. However, it is not possible to recycle them due to their complexity.
To solve this problem, MANDALA will combine the know-how of its 11 consortium members who cover all the innovative spectrum (technological centers, big companies, SMEs, and clusters). This project has been funded by the BBI-JU in the Horizon Europe framework, and it will contribute to solving three challenges the European society is currently facing: reducing the environmental impact, decoupling the European industry from oil resources, and increasing their competitiveness.
MANDALA is seeking to include new members to its Stakeholder Board from all across Europe in order to obtain a holistic view, especially coming from the following sectors: 1) waste collection and management, 2) manufacturing bio-based products, 3) policymaking, 4) consumer associations for acceptance and safety-related issues, 5) polymer industry and 6) chemical companies.
All the members will be updated with the latest news about MANDALA, which is at the vanguard in circular economy and sustainability. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to network with some of the main innovative agents in the plastic sector.
