MANDALA final event. The Future of Multilayer Packaging

After a few days of frenetic activity, we said goodbye to the EMPACK trade fair with great feelings. During these days we have been able to connect and explore synergies with stakeholders in the packaging sector. It has been a pleasure to meet all the people who have visited our stand to learn how MANDALA promotes sustainable multilayer packaging. In addition, the EMPACK fair chose us as one of the innovative projects to participate in their guided tours and as speakers in their main auditorium.

As a closing event for the fair, we held our final event “The future of multilayer packaging” in which we had the collaboration of our Project Officer Pilar Llorente as representative of the CBE-JU. During the journey, it was shown what lines of research are being promoted by Europe, what is the state-of-the-art of the sector and how European collaboration provides answers to the economic and social challenges. Finally, at the end of the event, we had a networking session in which speakers and attendees were able to exchange impressions.
