What Information do we collect about you and when is the information collected?

The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected upon registration include information needed in order to provide the Service,or needed for project statistics (e.g. name, organization and e-mail address).

How do we use and protect your information?

All personal details will be kept confidential by our services and will be used exclusively in relation to the legitimate interest pursued by the Service: dissemination of project results. This data may be shared with the European Comission as auditing institution of the project and only for statistical purposes. To this end, we will only process your personal data in order to:

o Compile anonymous project statistics for project reporting purposes;
o If you chose to subscribe to the Newsletter, to send you a periodic Newsletter via e-mail;
o In addition, you may exceptionally be contacted by our services in very limited instances – e.g. information about an update to the privacy policy, or for a survey about user needs and service improvements. How long do we keep your information?

Your personal data will be stored with us to a maximum of one year after the Project is being run by its current consortium partners, or until you request that your registered data be deleted (whichever date is the earliest).

Right to access and correct your data

In accordance with the above mentioned Regulation, you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email:

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. Alternatively, note that you can log in to your profile and edit your own data at any time.

You have the right to have your data completely removed from our database. To remove your personal information completely from our website and database, please send an email to the above mentioned email addresses.
